INTRODUCTION OF POST
The Engineering Office is responsible for technical studies related to new IT products and evolution of existing products. Specific attention is paid by the Engineering Office to align any technology choice with the IS strategy.
The Architect Assistant position in the Engineering Office Department will perform a set of technical as well as administrative tasks of a similar level in accordance with clear and detailed instructions. Tasks are assigned by the immediate supervisor, the Head of the Engineering Office Department, who monitors their completion.
PRIMARY DUTIES
DUTY 1
- Support the Head of the Engineering Office Department to prepare administrative task linked to the Enterprise Architecture Governance (preparation of the architecture review board, drafting of documentation and drafting of minutes etc.)
DUTY 2
- Under clear instructions of the Head of Engineering Office Department, to prepare tasks related to Enterprise Architecture communication (presentation media, webinar preparation, workshop organization, etc.)
DUTY 3
- Support the Solution Architect team members on basic administrative task and preliminary study of documentation, call for tender, architecture design etc.
DUTY 4
- Support by collecting information to be filed within the Enterprise Architecture solution.
REQUIREMENTS
Training/Education required
- A vocational diploma is required in the area concerned, or the Baccalaureate or equivalent diploma.
Experience required
- At least two years’ experience in the area in question. Candidates with a two-year higher education diploma need no previous experience.
- Experience in the field of new technology (e.g. Enterprise Architecture) or in the field of Communication is highly desirable.
Languages
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, any other language is appreciated.
